The art of downsizing

Welcome to our new Abode. We have moved from a regular multi-bedroom, multi bath house into a second floor one bedroom single bath apartment. Our living space is now less than 800 square feet. We were however able to rent a small garage that we affectionately call the "man-cave". We have a small patio with a "storage closet that I call my "pantry" since the kitchen is totally lacking usable space. The pantry will also have to house alot of my crafty stuff and "party fare". We do however have a washer and dryer and the bathroom is quite large. I will attempt to make our "nest" a stylish haven inspite of it's smallness. let the adventure begin.
